Library: How do I get items from our collection?

During the library renovation project, most of the library's collection will be in storage. However, high-use reference and theology books, popular books, popular DVDs, and reserves are available in the Terrace Room Interim Library.

To request materials, use one of the methods below:

Books DVDs CDs Kits	Alert: Storage collection moves June 10 - 28. Very limited paging will be available during that time. Choose the Request Item button in UP WorldCat or the UP-only catalog to send your request. Articles	Use UP ILLiad to request a specific article. See the Using UP ILLiad to Request Materials handout for assistance.
Journals	Use the online request form, or ask at the Library Service Desk, to request an entire issue of a journal.

How long will it take?

Alert: Storage collection moves June 10 - 28. Very limited paging will be available during that time.
Items requested from storage will be delivered in about an hour to the Terrace Room Interim Library. Requests will be processed during all the hours that the library is open.

How will I know when my item is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email when your item is ready.
