Summit - a system for borrowing items from other academic libraries in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho that are part of the Orbis Cascade Alliance
Interlibrary Loan - a service for borrowing items not available at Clark Library from other libraries
Exceptions:
- Renewal is subject to availability.
- Returned items may be available to be checked out again after a 15-minute wait if they are not borrowed by other patrons. This wait period is designed to give other members of the community an opportunity to check out the item.
- Library staff may decline to circulate items if they have concerns about the fragility or care of library materials.
- Checkout of more than one of the same equipment items (e.g., laptops, cameras, tripods, etc.) is contingent on supply and anticipated need.
How to renew items:
- Call: 503.943.7111 or 800.841.8261 or email library@up.edu and ask to renew your items. Be sure to give complete information about the items you wish to renew.
- Online: Renew UP or Summit items through My Account; request to renew Interlibrary Loan items through UP ILLiad
- In person: Stop by the Library Service Desk (you don't have to have the items with you in order to renew the materials)
