Archives & Artifacts encompasses the University Archives and Museum.

Collections

Archives: Houses collections of historical documents, publications, and photographs relating to the history of the University.
Museum: The museum houses a display of photos and objects connected with the historical growth of the University. Some of them are featured on the University Museum blog.

Digital Collections: Online collections of photographs and images of artifacts showcasing materials from the University Archives and Museum. The first collection, University Presidents, sketches the history of the University of Portland and illustrates the work of the men who have served as University President. That was followed by collections documenting the physical evolution of the campus: Campus Aerial Views and Maps and University Buildings.  Some of the more recent collections are History of Nursing and University Songs.

Archives: Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m..); and by appointment
Museum: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - noon; 1:00-2:30 p.m.;
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - noon; 1:00 p.m.. - 2:00 p.m.; and by appointment.
